Elise is the Founder and Executive Director of Civility Community Services, Inc. With extensive experience in healthcare, human services, and advocacy for people with disabilities, he brings a people-first approach grounded in respect, ethics, and professionalism. His leadership reflects a commitment to quality care, family partnership, and community connection.
