Elise is a passionate advocate for individuals with developmental disabilities. With years of experience in healthcare and human services, he established Civility Community Services to bridge the gap in quality care and promote dignity-first services throughout Maryland.
Under his leadership, the agency is committed to building strong teams, investing in training, and putting the individual’s voice at the center of service planning.
